定義
ほかのデータから大きく離れた値。Q1 − 1.5 × IQR より小さいか Q3 + 1.5 × IQR より大きい値を外れ値とする決め方が多い。
A data value that lies well apart from the others; a common rule calls a value an outlier when it is below Q1 − 1.5 × IQR or above Q3 + 1.5 × IQR.
