帰無仮説が正しいとしたとき、観測したデータと同じかそれ以上に極端な結果が起こる確率。
The probability, assuming the null hypothesis is true, of a result at least as extreme as the one observed.
例文
話し言葉 A small p-value means our data would be really unusual if the null hypothesis were true. p 値が小さいとは、帰無仮説が正しければ、このデータはとても珍しいということ。
