ベクトル a と実数 k から、大きさが |k| 倍で、k > 0 なら同じ向き、k < 0 なら反対向きのベクトル ka を作ること。
Multiplying a vector a by a real number k to get ka, whose magnitude is |k| times as large and whose direction is the same as a if k > 0 and opposite if k < 0.
