A word problem about combining mixtures, such as salt solutions with different concentrations. The amount of salt before mixing equals the amount after, and that fact gives the equation.
For mixture problems, I always make a table: amount of solution, percent, and amount of salt.
Solve this mixture problem: how many grams of a 10% salt solution must be added to 200 g of a 4% salt solution to make a 6% salt solution?
