Fermat's little theorem
a to the p minus 1 is congruent to 1 mod p
両辺に a をかけた aᵖ ≡ a (mod p) はすべての整数 a で成り立つ。
If p is prime and a is an integer not divisible by p, then a^(p−1) ≡ 1 (mod p). Multiplying both sides by a gives a^p ≡ a (mod p), which holds for every integer a.
Seven is prime and it doesn't divide three, so Fermat's little theorem says three to the sixth is congruent to one mod seven.
Use Fermat's little theorem to find the remainder when 3¹⁰⁰ is divided by 7.
