言い間違えやすいところ
- 日本の高校の教科書は「方程式 P(x) = 0 の解」として扱う。米国では zero（関数の値が 0 になる x）・root（方程式の解）・x-intercept（グラフの交点）を使い分ける。
- 冠詞の違う zeros of the polynomial も書き言葉に少し出てくる。
